    I had a great first visit! However, the second was dreadful. I was seen by a different person this time. I was spoken to poorly and was patronised. I was made to feel small and dumb. It was so hard to sit in the room with this dermatologist. I was incredibly rude of them to say to me 'it's not rocket science' and rudly asked me if I even knew what patch testing was, which I very much did! I never want to be seen by this person again. It's such a shame as my first visit was great. I'm glad I don't have another appointment booked. It was not helpful and waste of my time. Gutted.

    I have had to wait since March 2023 to be seen regarding a blemish on my leg which suddenly grew and became darker and uneven in colour. After going back to my GP about the non- communication from dermatology. She acted swiftly and l was seen by a hospital Dr who was very helpful and pleasant and confirmed a biopsy was necessary. I notice from your leaflet that an appointment would be made whilst at the clinic. I have heard nothing yet and the Dermatology dept is not answering the phone after several days of ringing them. As my family has a history of stomach, womb,bone,bowel and lung cancer surely l can get more assurance and communication than l am experiencing. I feel very much as if there is no help available.

    Very happy to have received physio in your department. Lovely practitioner who really took great care to understand my needs after a shoulder fracture. My home treatment plan was very successful and I am pleased with my improvement. Good follow up, great attention to detail and friendly, caring treatment. Thank you.

    I attended the MRI unit (I’m sorry I don’t know the name) on 19/11/22, I was very nervous and anxious and did not think I would be able to go through with the scan. The two doctors there (sorry I don’t know their names) were so lovely and made me feel totally at ease. They went out of their way to make sure I felt completely ok before they left the room, despite being busy! Thank you :-)
