Review titled Experience was very disappointing
by Anonymous - Posted on 12 June 2023
I was given the telephone number of UTC as our GP surgery in Seaford had no appointments. I phoned on Friday and was given an appointment for Sunday morning 11.20. When I arrived I was told they don't make appointments it's a walk-in centre. They had no record of me or the appointment they had made. I was offered no explanation just told I could wait but it would be a long wait. I decided not to wait and to try my local surgery instead as it was very crowded in a small waiting area like a shipping container.

Review titled Awful
by Anonymous - Posted on 13 April 2023
I went with a pre booked scan for to check for ovarian cyst. Nurse came out and got me and when we got in the room she became rude as if not long found out I was pregnant as she told me she cant do a scan of that, I knew that and that wasn’t what I was there for. Throughout the appointment she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and was very short with me and made me feel like I was wasting time. This appointment was booked by my gp weeks before I new I was pregnant. I left that appointment ready to cry snd feeling sick from the way I was treated. I’ve had scans here before and never had any problems with staff until this time, I just hope if I need to come back here again I don’t get seen by the same nurse.

Review titled Wonderful caring dedicated professional
by DouglasL - Posted on 13 February 2023
Visited the UTC today after crashing on my bike. I honestly cannot speak too highly of my experience and the care of the staff there. In the space of 2.5 hours I was assessed, verified, x-rayed, consulted then put in plaster. Each person I saw was kind, considerate, knew what they were doing and went about their work diligently and professionally. Thank you so much :o)
