I fell and dislocated my hip late in the evening on Friday 16 August and was attended by a crew from Poole at about 2 am on the Saturday morning. They were absolutely brilliant and took me to A&E at Dorchester. The crew were brilliant, please convey my thanks to them.

Very happy with treatments, understanding , of my Dad , when he was taken ill , the Ambulance crew went above and beyond , in getting him to hospital , Thank you both very much , and for being so kind to my mum ..

Having to go to hospital from Seaton surgery in a trust ambulance the care and respect I received from my 2 lady paramedics was second to none they looked after me so well I just had to write a review for them and a personal thank you as you deserve my praise from start to finish all the time I was in your care.

The 2 paramedics were very kind and understanding. They explained everything.. and were supersensitve to the emotional state I was in. Can't thank them enough. And they both made us 😃 laugh!

Paramedics that attended to my nan via 999 call last night 10th July 2024 and they were absolutely amazing. They were absolutely devastated they couldn't arrange hospital transport for nan but we arranged it all and got nan to sdec this morning albeit a little late as nan is not an early riser. They were amazing. It's a shame they can't accept money as nan was devastated she couldn't give them money to say thank you

I had a sudden Addisons disease crisis whilst on holiday on st Mary’s in the scilly isles and they were with me extremely quickly and were very caring and knowledgeable they checked me and decided I needed to be moved to the mainland and organised the air ambulance to get to Truro hospital the air ambulance team were also very good and continued to monitor me . The ambulance team at the hospital also were very caring and The doctor at Truro also dealt with the situation very well and after treatment and further monitoring I was able to be discharged . I had a rare illness called Addisons and was pleased that all involved had the experience to deal with it. Thank you

At around 1045 this morning I went for a swim in the sea at Budleigh Salterton. I left the water and returned to the beach to change. I then rapidly developed symptoms that were later diagnosed as hypothermia. My friend called 999 and two paramedics arrived very swiftly. They gave me immediate medical assistance, monitoring my BP, heart rate, temperature etc. I was sympathetically cared for on the beach and then transferred to the ambulance for further and regular checks and tests and to warm up my body. I was only allowed to leave when they were confident that I had recovered well enough, and was given clear advice should I have any further problems or concern. Two highly professional, competent and caring medics. Exceptional medical assistance. Apart from recording this yourself I would ask that you do pass on these comments to the two medics concerned. (I understand that I cannot use names in my review but I'm sure you can identify the ambulance team). Many thanks.

I became very breathless and distressed on 29.06.2024 and dialled911 by mistake but was put through to the ambulance service straight away. The call handler told me what to do and said she’d asked an ambulance to come. They were with me within the hour, they were very thourough and said I needed to go to hospital. They were calm and reassuring during the whole visit and stayed with me the whole time. I usually go to Exeter for my appointments but there was a 5 hour wait and they felt I was too distressed so they took me to Musgrove hospital Taunton where I was seen straight away. I stayed for 4 days. The ambulance crew came to say goodbye to me but I didn’t really have time to thank them properly for their excellent care I hope they will see this review. Thank you to everyone.

The two paramedics who looked after my Mum today were extremely professional, kind and caring. My Mum, who is 88 and has complex medical needs, was included in all decision making and treated with great respect. We cannot praise them enough.
