On 12/10/24 I needed to call an ambulance for my husband who woke up with agonising abdo pain. Unfortunately there was a 2 hour wait, but when the crew arrived, they couldn't have been more caring and understanding. They immediately assessed my husband and promptly administered pain relief. They reassured him and also myself. My husbands pain was excruciating but the crew reassured him they would do all they could and get him to hospital. The kindness and understanding was second to none. When we got to the hospital, my husband was escorted inside and booked in. On CT scan it showed he had a strangulated hernia which had compromised his bowel and later that day he had emergency surgery. Thank you so much.

Apparently I am not allowed to name the lovely young man and lady who attended my husband today who collapsed in the bathroom this morning and my son had to take the door off him out. The service they gave us was second to none and they were truly wonderful .we live in findon valley and they visited today the 1st September.

On the 10th September (2024) I was experiencing chest pains, my wife called for an ambulance which arrived at my address in North Bersted in less than 10 minutes and took me to St Richard's hospital in Chichester. The two ladies that came with the ambulance were absolutely wonderful, caring, compassionate and reassuring. I really couldn't have been in better hands and owe them so much more than I can express. Í have since had bypass surgery in Brighton and am making a good recovery. Thanks to all involved with my treatment. John F

Very impressed by secamb the first time we've ever had to call them for our child. They responded very quickly to a suspected seizure call and did a thorough assessment of our very distressed child. They were reassuring and adapted to our child's needs both at home and in transport to the hospital. We were very impressed and thankful for their efforts, it's a shame we can't mention them by name. I hope this gets back to them. They checked that we were booked in and settled at Children's emergency department. Thank you so much! Excellent service.

I'd like to say thankyou so much for all the help you both ladies gave to me.you help me so much whilst having panic attacks bought on by medication. Your both amazing ladies but I'm so sorry I've already forgotten names how rude of me but I was in a state. You kept me calm and stayed with me till I got over it.I highly recommend you both to everyone I know.you have an amazing job.Good luck in your future maybe one day we'll meet again under different circumstances lol thankyou girls! My parents next door neighbour is elderly and dealing with leukaemia. Post release from a previous hospitalisation, his condition again deteriorated. We started with 111 who assessed his condition as urgent so escalated to the 99 side, and a crew turned up within the advised timescale. The team were exceptional: thorough, methodical, compassionate and relaxed. Based on the situation, they also assessed his condition to be serious and took him off to hospital. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Thank you!

2 paramedics and a trainee came out to see my dad after a high temperature caused him to pass out and hit his head. They were so kind and thorough and did their best to make sure he was treated quickly. Lovely attitude towards the job. Amazing people. in vehicle 243 :)
