I have been a patient of this practice for well over 30 years. Throughout that time, I have had nothing but excellent care and, when necessary, a prompt response to my health concerns. Despite the obvious pressures to meet high demand, the GPs and health professionals at this practice offer excellent service time after time, often going above and beyond to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and treatment, delivered with empathy and understanding. I can't recommend them highly enough and feel extremely fortunate to be one of their patients.

I’m lucky enough to not use the GP service often, but when I’ve had to go to Yorkleigh Surgery, I’ve always had a surprisingly good experience. I’ve always been impressed with the level of care in listening to my complaints and being forwarded for further investigations if appropriate. My symptoms have never been brushed off as unimportant, with an attempt to get to the bottom of it.

My experience of this practice has been nothing but very positive. The GPs I have seen always go out of their way to help, going above and beyond what is asked. The practice admin staff have also been very helpful, when treated with the respect they deserve. I realise the building could do with some updating and as with many other practices’s, it is hard to get an appointment within a short space of time.

The new message of the phone for the doctors practice sign posted me when I was on hold. Appreciate the online facilities to lead for a call back. Handled with care and understanding. Appreciate that I have been not left alone as my injury has left me not myself and in need of reassurance. Thank you.

The doctors at the surgery take time to understand your needs and ensure you get the treatment you require, whether that's under their care or via a referral to a specialist. As a patient you feel heard, supported and cared for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the surgery to anyone, as it's the best treatment I've received in years.

Excellent surgery In my 45 years with the practice I’ve always experienced excellent service by the staff and also by the nurses and the doctors they’ve always given me excellent advice and have looked after myself and my five children, Who intern with their children have been looked after extremely well.

How can it take multiple phone calls to try and get refereld medication, and after 2 weeks finally got a reply to say it's ready but needs to be sign off ??? Huge problem

have a blood test and told your B12 is low take tablets for 3 months your B12 is normal after taking B12 tablets for 3 months there you go buy B12 tablets from.high stree store, very unprofessional and definitely hit and miss over the counter rather than regulated known medication
