I have been a patient here for many years. Today's visit was to the vaccination clinic. This was superbly well organised as usual. My thanks to all those involved for their efficiency and good humour

This morning I wasted half an hour at the Practice only to discover that the administration team had booked me in for the incorrect vaccination. I should have had successive appointments for Rsv and Shingles at a 25 minute interval. Instead I was booked in (over the counter by the administration team) for Rsv twice! This is the latest in a long line of administration errors which occur with depressing frequency. Serious overhaul in that department urgently needed. Service from the doctors and nurses is however very good

I contacted the practice because I was concerned about a family member. On Tuesday I spoke to two receptionists, the duty GP, and saw another GP with my relative. All listened to and addressed my concerns in a constructive, considerate and professional manner. Thank you.

I recently had to have a pneumonia vaccination. My treatment was excellent. The member of staff put me at ease from the first to last moment. She was caring and professional and is a credit to the NHS.
