I had been avoiding this appointment for a long time due to embarrassment and not feeling like it was an urgent problem. I was able to get an appointment easily and seen the same day. The Nurse Practitioner was very welcoming and really helpful. I ended up having further questions and was able to request bloods and a scan for another issue. Came away feeling like I’d been listened to and more educated.

I have recently used to practice's E consult option and was very surprised with the efficiency of this service. Within an hour of completing the online form, I received a phone call from the surgery, resulting in an appointment with the doctor two days later ... It's a great alternative to calling the surgery ..

The eConsult service can be a great way for patients to access the Practice, obtain medical advice quickly and if suitable an appointment may be provided. The eConsult service has a limitation applied to ensure the safe care of all of our patients, however the number we can receive will depend on our clinical capacity. Called to get apt as chest pains.Seen straight away by the lady paramedic who is a credit to the NHS .She was so thorough and caring.Checked everything and extremely knowledgeable..10 out if 10 ! Was so impressed.
