The nurse asked about taking blood the day before as she thought it may have bruised, which I thought how nice that she remembered.

Had a problem, the Doctor saw me the same day with a lot of help from the receptionist, thank you. The Health center always looks nice and tidy and the receptionist are always there to help me, it's not easy growing old and it's good to know these people are around when needed.

The appointment system has changed recently for the surgery and it is so much better. No more having to be on the phone at 8am sharp and being caller number 50 Requests are now submitted online. I used the system earlier this week. I submitted my request at about 9am and had a phone call within 10 minutes offering me an appointment for the same morning. The doctor I saw was very friendly and helpful. The only reservation is I don't know what system they have in place for those who cannot book on line. However overall I'm very satisfied.

We have worked incredibly hard to make accessing the practice easier for our patients; we have offered the online system as an alternative way to book an appointment to avoid the 8am scramble and can already see the benefits to both our staff and patients. Thank you for sharing your reservations and allowing us the opportunity to reassure - the phone lines are now quieter so easier for our patients who aren't as 'tech savvy' to call through to book an appointment. Our friendly reception team are on hand to fill out the Medical Florey on behalf of the patients over the phone so everyone gets the same quality service based on their individual needs. I have been attended yardley wood health centre for many years, recently with poor health I have seen my gp recently, the gp I saw has been my source of strength, he listened to my health issues and action all the necessary scans and checks and continues to monitor and review regularly. He has often sent me reminder to get in touch with follow ups, I’m ever so grateful for all the work doctors do. Thank you and god bless

After sending online request I had a telephone consultation the same day and an appointment was made to see the doctor in the surgery . Doctor on the phone was very professional and helpful so was doctor who I seen in clinic
