Had several queries which the receptionist was kind, helpful and resolved. I spoke to diabetes nurse, who was extremely supportive and knowledgeable. Thank you

The nurse I saw during my visit was lovely and I couldn't fault her. However I was concerned when she checked my details that she had been told I was there to receive a totally different vaccine than the one I had asked for. Thankfully on checking my notes I was able to receive the correct one.

Wanted to make an appointment for a depot injection , expected the usual 2-3 weeks but got an appointment for that afternoon. The nurse was brilliant all done quickly and painlessly. Thank you

Very polite interaction with doctor she was very helpful. My appointment only took 15 minutes but despite this I felt everything was done to a great standard of care.
