The doctor was very friendly and full of options. She told me the importance of the medication I would like to take and what I can not take gave me advice to call and option on which ever pharmacy I could use

Following completion of an e-consultation, I was contacted the same day by a GP and treatment prescribed. Great service. I had a telephone HRT review with the practice nurse and found her to be very professional and helpful.

My experience was positive and supportive. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and the nurse was really patient outcome focused. I feel very cared for.

Due to the difficulty of getting my regular medication due to shortness of supply. I contacted the surgery to explain my situation and my medication was changed to a different type! Hopefully this will help me in the future!

Had an incidence of gout overnight. Called first thing and got urgent appointment. Was seen on time. Got assessed and given prescription. Cannot fault the service on this particular visit.
