From making the initial call to book an appointment had no issues. Loving the new call back when you call to make an appointment as it means yiu are not sat waiting on the phone for hours. You are able to easily see where you are in the queue by clicking the link sent to you. When I had my appointment the nurse was very friendly and helpful.

I spoke with Nurse who along With Dr are amazing especially when it comes to menopause! I feel so relieved every time we speak as they are at listening and relieving any anxiety.

Once an appointment was made the experience was exceptional, doctor listened and understood problems and dealt with in a friendly but professional manner, treatment was thoroughly and clearly explained. Very happy with service

A very quick and easy experience to get my contraceptive pill. The nurse was very prompt with my phone appointment and the height and weight pod in the surgery is great to pop in and use.

The receptionists are wonderful. They always try so hard to find a way to help. The health service seems to gradually be recovering from the blow that was Covid. My only whinge is the new telephone service which only has two options: appointments or test results. No option to be put through to reception. To ask for anything else you have to join the appointments queue. One time I was 17th in the queue which took 48 minutes to be answered. There are some good GPs too and I love that you can make appointments and order repeat prescription meds online. All round I am happy with the service provided at a time when the health system is on overload.

Dear Patient Thank you so much for your review. The feedback from our new telephone system has been mostly positive. The appointment option goes to the receptionists. On some days there are negatives, if we have lots of patients coming in person to make appointments, it slows down the telephones being answered.
