Very friendly reception staff on arrival. Doctor was nice and listened to what I had to say and got my baby sent to the hospital where he could he sorted properly.

I didn't feel like my concern was taken seriously and I felt they wanted to make my visit as fast as possible

Same day appointment with the nurse for an injection. Easy book in system. Spotlessly clean and effcient.

The last visit I had where I had an appt with the doctor was good. The doctor was understanding and explained everything in way that it was easy to understand.i felt he listened to my concerns

I was given a full medical and nothing left out. Everything was checked as it should be and the service was excellent from start to finish

I needed an examination but was unable to get on the couch due to arthritis. The doctor did their best with me in a chair and made a follow up appointment in a room with a lower couch. This thankfully was subsequently not needed.

I was nervous about my first smear test and arrived 5 minutes late, which was my fault. However, the receptionist was quite rude and unwelcoming. They didn’t acknowledge me when I arrived, and I had to ask for help with signing in. I understand customer service can be challenging, but a little friendliness goes a long way. I have notice this same pattern of behaviour multiple times when I have been to this GP.

I saw a nurse yesterday for my depo injection, shes just a lovely person, so friendly. A credit to the practice. Made me feel at ease
