Every surgery has different processes and it can take some time and patience to accustom oneself to a new surgery and it's operations. I have historical and existing complex health needs and moved to this surgery in 2021. Over time It has helped having a named reception staff member I can communicate with during more vulnerable states. Most significant for me is once I am in the GP room, at this surgery, I am seen, heard and cared for as a patient and treated as an adult. I have an allocated GP now at this surgery and I am so grateful to be one of his patients. His manner, care, listening ear, actions and support are giving me hope, strength and courage in my health journey. Having a GP I can trust and be guided by to make informed, and mutually discussed and agreed, choices with is so valuable and essential to me. Thank you for supporting me in the many ways you have.

Went for my health check / M O T and i passed the nurse gave me my certificate had to use a booking in system to let them know i was there quick n simple all good

The receptionists were very helpful and did their best to meet my needs. The professionals health staff were also understanding and listened to my concerns

The staff are amazing, they put your needs first and listen to what you have to say. There patient care is amazing.

IStaff very helpful renewing medication is done quickly no problems I have had updates over the phone asthma checks over the phone and a very good nurse did a blood test without any problems

My husband had booked an appointment for an asthma review test. We arrived onsite to find no parking. Oddly there was noone waiting in the surgery. There were vehicles parked across 2 car spaces. When mentioned to the receptionist, they laughed and advised ‘That’s the doctor’s car’. The appointment was not conducted by a doctor. The nurse advised that they have no record of my husband’s history of suffering asthma, despite his using inhalers since my husband was a child, and having ordered prescriptions recently. The nurse then proceeded to advise they don’t have the equipment to do an asthma test. Highly distressing and a waste of time.

I am sorry you have you have had a negative experience at our Surgery. We usually have ample parking for staff and patients. You may not have seen people in the waiting room as they will have been in the clinical rooms during their appointments. I'm sorry there was no room for your car on this particular occasion and again apologies if you found our staff member to be rude. Regarding your husbands appointment for his Asthma Review- these reviews are always performed by our Nurse or Physician Associate and not the Doctor.
