    Had ongoing skin problems for over a year now the doctor helped me to try different medications to help with my skin conditions and I finally found something that really helped really grateful and appreciate all the help I was given by my GP

    Using the Anima app have been very positive, I explained the issue and within less than an hour a response was recieved to book an appointment within the next few days with a variety of times. The day of the appointment we were seen on time, if not a few minutes early. GP was friendly and the appointment was quick but that's all that was needed. Overall great experience from booking to being seen

    I've used Anima for bookings a few times now and find it generally helpful in delivering appointments when needed. The question lists are a bit trying at times and could do with a bit more free-form text options to describe the issue. I missed an appointment today because I was at the wrong surgery. I had preferred Purley when booking the appointment through Anima and when the confirmation came back I did not notice that (on the displayed part of the email) it did not specify the location, so I assumed Purley. If I had realised that there was a 'second page' to the email, I might have spotted that it said "Coulsdon"... Unfortunately the receptionist that checked me in (the automated system rejected me - presumably because I was at the wrong place, but this is not always the reason for the online check-in not working) did not spot that I was at the wrong surgery. Later, the other receptionist very helpfully booked another appointment for me. It would be good if the Anima appointment messages could highlight Purley or Coulsdon in the immediately visible part of the email, not out of sight at the bottom of the message.

    Remembered me and took time to talk about things that were clearly bothering me. Friendly and wasn't treated as just a patient. Welcoming for sure.

    The doctor I’ve been seeing is kind and understanding. I have been provided with medication to help with my mental health and the doctor will monitor me on it going forward!

    I had an appointment today with a Dr at Woodcote medical centre. She was very thorough, gave good advice, was very experienced and explained everything well. Her knowledge of the blood tests and condition was exceptional. She listened well and her manner was very good.

    I have tried to make an on line appointment numerous times. When describing my symptoms and the degree of pain the system refers me to 111. I did manage to see a physio in May. This was next to useless. Still waiting for an instruction email. All I want to do is speak to a doctor regarding this, at times, excruciating back pain Is it to much to ask to speak to a human at this practice??? The receptionists have always been very helpful.
