Very charming and pleasant manners, worked with efficiency and engaged in a likeable way. Made good observations and made me feel welcome and relaxed. A very nice encounter.

I completed an online form regarding a problem I was concerned about. I then received a phone call from a Doctor who asked to see me as soon as possible Within 2 hours I saw a Doctor who performed an examination and explained everything clearly and resolved my concerns The service and friendliness of the surgery was excellent

I had 2 different appointments recently (one for myself and a separate one for my son). Both times we were given same day appointments due to the nature of the problems. Both GPs were incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and professional and I was put at ease with both visits. Fab GPs and triage service. Thank you.

My son and daughter ears were very painful, get hurt, and cannot hear, the nurse arrange appointment to us as soon as possible! Really appreciate them. And Doctor was really patiant and careful to check and listen . Thanks a Lot! We love Woodbridge Hill Surgery, They are the best in Guildford!!!

Received excellent service - both online and in person. Seen within hours of making the appointment. Very impressed with the service received from the Doctor who was very professional, attentive and kind. Doctor listened sympathetically and then explained to my son and gave support and great advice. Truly impressed with the overall service that my son received.

I was feeling unwell with tummy cramps and sent an online message via the GP website I got a quick reply and then after more questions the Dr called and booked me in for a blood test on Monday ,I had complained about my sickness on Friday Good prompt service!

Took my LO in with a fever that was on going and didn't react to calpol/nurofen or antibiotics prescribed by hospital. The GP had childrens you tube on which instantly relaxed my LO, thoroughly checked LO and listened to everything I said. Found source of fever and prescription given.

I have been with Woodbridge Hill surgery for a long time. I always get appointments straight away and the care is wonderful. This morning I was seen by a GP, she went through all my health issues, medication, new health concerns, she was so professional, so caring and offered a complete care considering all my health problems, history, made me feel so comfortable that I felt I am looked after and cared for by a doctor who is knowledgeable and doing her job to the best of her ability. I am grateful.

I was booked in for 3 appointments consecutively for ECG, blood test and blood pressure. I was seen before my first timed appointment and was finished well before schedule. Everything was explained to me and I felt totally at ease
