At my appointment my doctor really listened to what I had to say. He was kind and very helpful. I am 91 and he treated me with patience and helpfulness.

Since going this surgery. Every concern has been taken seriously and dealt with. Really listen and have changed the course of things for me entirely. But that is one doctor. Sadly if you can't see that doctor specifically , your talked over and ignored and told to make another appointment. Disheartened during my last appointment and disappointmented. I'd rather wait the time needed to see the reliable doctor not a locum.

I went for a health check, I was put at ease immediately and I felt cared for, the nurse was lovely and friendly.

I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment, I had a 10am appointment & got in to see the doctor at 10.15ish. I thought my appointment was with the nurse. The doctor was lovely and very thorough. I would happily attend to see this doctor again.

Going back several times for advice and being listened to and given decent advice after getting nowhere with the walk in or the on call doctors was just what was needed, explained more than the hospital did and told me which warning signs to watch out for , very much like these doctors and would recommend highly

Care of any concerns I have. Always ready to help me with what I tell them. Quick to investigate as to what is happening with me. Eg.bloodtest,scan, x-ray etc etc.i honestly can't complain about any negative at Windermere. You get respect. You get listened to. Your opinion matters and things will be explained to you

My recent experience to see my GP was a very positive experience. I was treated with respect and listened to. I worry about going sometimes because I think my medical needs are trivial. I was made to feel reassured and I was offered exrays and and a change in medication.

Wonderful experience. I am so happy to recommend to others people. The way the doctor took time to find solutions to the problem to my son was awesome. For this reason you see how he explains every thing to us. Thanks very much.

Dr I ve seen was very kind and keen to listen to my concerns, didn't rush me and took every concern really seriously. Reception is amazing, always on the spot. I ve previously been registered with other GP practices and nowhere I received the level of care I had at Windermere. Everyone is doing the best.
