My wife suffer severe contact dermatitis, and wanted to see a doctor. Because she may not understand English 100%. So she had to wait for surgery to book a translator even when she said I can translate for her. And waiting over a week to get an appointment. As it gets near, suddenly been informed it has been changed to another week later cos the booking she had was for 20mins and not for 30 mins. My advice is to go hospital A&E for everything cos Willington Medical Group can only squeeze you in a week later at best. It doesn't take a week to notice someone got an appointment for 20 mins I stead of 30 mins. Bad bad bad.

Had appointment for test results what a waste of time the doctor I saw was a waste of time trying to get information about test results was hard work didn’t get information on detail what happens next, would I need medication he just couldn’t be bothered. So much for caring about patients
