    I was unwell and worried last week. I had timely, kind, safe, and thoughtful care from all the team during my 2 part visit to this lovely practice. 2 excellent nurse practitioners, all necessary (blood test, xr, ultrasound, scan) tests on site, appropriate onward referal. I was the senior partner in a large Kent general practice, with some experience of how difficult it is to do things well, we never did it as well as you do, I don't know anywhere else who does. And I was able to cut down significantly my subsequent A+E time. Well done. Thank you.

    We have used Whitstable Medical Practice a number of times in the past 2 years. My wife who is 75 had a bad fall and caused considerable damage to her face and hand We attended Estuary View on the 4th October. As alway they couldn’t have been more helpful and caring. We were seen quickly and my wife was Triaged, seen by the nurse and initially cleaned up and given temporary dressings, then X rayed and finally 2 nurses did a fantastic job comforting her and attending to he wounds. I have nothing but unstinted praise for the treatment she was given. It must also be said the ladies on Reception could also not have been more helpful. Thank you to all at Estuary View.

What an absolute gentleman he was; he was the very model of what care is all about - kind, reassuring, understanding, respectful and attentive.     My wife had a back problem and called the practice at 10 a.m. An out of normal hours appointment with a doctor was arranged for 7 p.m. The doctor called at 4 p.m. inviting us to come straightaway. Checks were made, advice and a prescription given. What service! But this is the usual experience with this practice. All the medical and administrative staff are very attentive and extremely helpful and any necessary appointments are arranged speedily with the most appropriate professional. How can the WMP seemingly be so different from practices in other areas? We can only think that it must be down to efficient organisation and the willing team-work attitude of all the professionals working within the practice, whatever their role. Surely there would be great merit in practices in other parts of the country following their lead?

    Had a blood test today and received good service from the practice nurse. However, they did not introduce themselves, and when taking the blood, they didn't wash/gel their hands or use gloves, plus they had false nails on.

    Visited Same Day Hub. Phoned 8:15 in the morning then had a phone call by 9:00 and an appointment at the Same Day Hub at 10:00 . Service I received was excellent.

    When I said I couldn't find a text which the practice had sent, they took the trouble to phone and suggest I open my 'spam' folder on my phone. I didn't know that I had one! It was there right enough. So were some other missing texts. Thank you WMP for taking the time in your very busy day to contact me. We are extremely lucky to have this facility.

    Recently had a cataract operation at Estuary View. From arrival to leaving each member of admin and nursing staff were professional and maintained high standards of patient communication. The surgeon explained the procedure fully and was reassuring throughout the operation. This medical centre is a credit to the NHS and fully deserves it's outstanding CQC rating. Thank you to all staff.

    I have recently had cataract surgery at Estuary View, on both my eyes (June 8th & July 13th 2024) I wish to thank all the staff involved for the kindness and consideration I received throughout. Fromthe obliging and efficient reception staff to the reassurung nurses and the skilful and calmimg surgeons, I was afforded excellent treatment.I have nothing but the highest respect for the services offered by Estuary View Medical Centre. I should add that my wife also had cataract surgery at Estuary View in 2023 and was equally grateful for the quality of treatment she received. Thank you to all staff concerned.
