  1. Review titled A great experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Katrina - Posted on 08 September 2024

The patient coordinater at the front door was so mindful and considerate, they was very discreet with my reason for being there which I really appreciated as it was a private matter I found them to be very helpful when getting booked in and was very clear on where I needed to go and how to get there without them I wouldn’t have had a clue on what to do or where to go they played a key role upon my arrival and departure. The nurses and the doctor that I saw for my treatment were the best they evidently took their roles very seriously , I actually cried out of relief that for the first time in a long time someone actually listened and took precautionary measures to ensure that I received the correct treatment and made efforts to make me feel so comfortable the levels of professionalism was truely flawless.

  2. Review titled Excellent

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Jodie - Posted on 09 August 2024

I just want to say just how impressed I am with the practice. We were seen too straight away by triage. Then we did have a little wait (1.5hrs) but to I didn't think this was long. I just saw ppl being seen to by professional and friendly staff. And when my wife got seen to by the nurse (wonderful lady) and she took the time to look and take in info. Not rushing it. So I would recommend going here if you need to be seen. Really impressed thank-you 😊

  3. Review titled 08 2024

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Madeleine Hillier - Posted on 02 September 2024

I would like to say that after I wrote a complaint on Friday 30th August 2024 I was treated very well by the practice. A lot of what I wrote in the complaint is still valid. However I went in person to the practice probably in anger about how I was treated. The receptionist was extremely helpful. Got in touch with Dr who saw me in person. This would not have happened if I didn’t have someone to take me to the doctors. I cannot walk and cannot drive with this injury this is not an available to everyone. I could not get through via telephone and it was only because someone offered to help me I was able to get to the surgery. However I am extremely grateful for what Dr did for me and the receptionist on duty. Thank you

The complaint you submitted on Friday was received by me this morning (Monday) and I have sent you a response. We are aware of a fault on the telephone system and our provider is working urgently to rectify this. Please contact me if you wish to discuss this further. Kind regards. 4. Review titled Excellent service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Sheila - Posted on 10 August 2024

I have been to several surgery in the country and this by far is the most efficient and professional. I came in at 2.30 in the pm and immediately got triaged. Staff are very friendly and thorough making you forget about your pain and condition. The long wait is acceptable as there were a lot of people but when I finally got seen, the qualified nurse, thoroughly checked me and even consulted a colleague to make sure. She answered all my questions and made me feel so at ease. Kudos to the hard working staff of this facility and I wish you all good health and positivity to continue to help people.

  6. Review titled Friendly efficient service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anthea Thomas - Posted on 21 August 2024

I attended Estuary View Medical Practice last night 20th August with suspected loose suture on my cornea graft. I was seen by a very pleasant and friendly member of your team called Geoff accompanied by a very friendly colleague who confirmed that this was the case. He emailed Ashford Emergency Eye Car which has resulted in an appointment there today at 2.30 to have the offending suture removed. Thank you very much to all members but especially Geoff

  8. Review titled Brilliant assistance

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 14 July 2024

Mum was too poorly to visit the walk in service (which is also fantastic). Everyone I spoke to was so helpful & genuinely looking for a solution for us. I can’t thank them enough. Within 2 hours of first asking for advice I had a prescription & Tesco pharmacy are also worth an honourable mention. Feel incredibly fortunate to have Estuary View on my doorstep - thanks to everyone involved. Please know you are truly appreciated…

  9. Review titled Wonderful

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Catherine Sullivan - Posted on 23 June 2024

The eye nurse was very thorough, informative, friendly, kindly & put me at ease when I visited Estuary View as I had stupidly poked my eye with a bamboo cane whilst gardening. He explained everything very well and I left feeling positive that the problem would clear up within 5 days.

  10. Review titled Amazing experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Janice Keningale - Posted on 03 July 2024

On a day trip to Whitstable 15/6 I tripped and fell and split my eyebrow open. I was advised to attend Estuary View Urgent Treatment Centre. I was totally overwhelmed with the whole experience from the receptionists who took on board that I had to be at the harbour at 5 pm to catch the coach home. The nurse who assessed my injury to the nurse who treated me. I was thoroughly assessed several tests were carried out. The nurse who treated me carried out several more in depth tests and asked lots of questions finally gluing my eyebrow. I later received on my journey home an email from the nurse with lots of information about head injuries , do's and dons't. I was very grateful they put me to the front of the queue, fortunately it was obvious from the amount of blood to the other patients I needed seeing sooner rather than later. Had I not had a coach to catch I would have been happy to wait my turn after being assessed. I feel that you have a great efficient treatment centre with a great team of staff. My thanks to all of them that helped and treated me that day.
