I had surgery at the end of January which required daily visits to the nurse. I can honestly say that everyone there, from all the receptionists to all of the nurses I saw were beyond amazing and I will always be thankful for how well they treated me. They found me an appointment every day even Saturday's and treated me with nothing but respect and compassion the entire time (this went on for approx 6 weeks on daily visits!) I Would recommend Whitnash Medical to anyone. 5* for sure!

It is always a battle with these appalling reception staff. They are rude, dismissive and impatient. When you ask for a doctors appointment they ask numerous personal questions why. Then decide "in their judgement " you can go to the chemist instead. The chemist then says no, you need the doctor. They are more interested in their own conversations than helping people & make you feel like a time waster. Manners & courtesy here are long gone, replaced by patronising arrogance. When you do insist, and see the doctors, they are lovely and so helpful. The staff need urgent training, starting with manners

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback in your experience with the practice. The reception team have been asked by the GP Partners to ask patients for a brief description of the problem in order to direct patients to the correct clinician and also to help clinicians prioritise their calls. I am sorry you find this frustrating but please rest assured that it helps our patients to get seen by the right clinician and helps manage capacity issues. Feedback left anonymously is always difficult to resolve as it cannot be investigated. Called for an appointment at 8.30, Dr called back and treatment advised by 8.35. Super friendly receptionist and lovely doctor

We need to change our medical practice as a result of a house move. This has worried me greatly due to the nature of my health issues. Thank you to the friendly gentleman on reception today who has been helpful, informative and reassuring. We hope to join this practice soon.
