I have been with this practice for many years and always find they offer excellent healthcare as well as being very caring towards their parents. Thank you very much.

  2. Review titled Outstanding help from Physio

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Ben Gupta - Posted on 14 June 2023

I used the e- consult system for my knee problem and was seen directly by the physiotherapist within a few days. I was really impressed with the thorough consultation and the exercises recommended were very helpful. After my scan was done the physio followed me up and went though treatment options. I have been impressed from start to finish how quick, professional and helpful the service from the physiotherapist has been.

  3. Review titled Great experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had a phone appointment with one of the practice pharmacists and it was a fantastic experience - she was not only extremely efficient and helpful, but very kind in her manner. Highly recommend.

  4. Review titled excellent care from a great practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by TIM DUGGAN - Posted on 22 April 2023

I have been a patient of the whiteladies medical group for over 40 years and was only an occasional visitor until heart problems revealed themselves ,along with other serious medical conditions, this past 6 years or so. Since that time I have been in constant touch with the clinical and admin. teams at the practice on an almost weekly basis. I wish to thank and commend everyone at the practice for the unfailing kind and exemplary treatment I have received and for the constant re-assurance and confidence this has given me. The initial diagnosis and follow up support, I have no doubt, saved my life and has enhanced it going forward. I am extremely grateful to everyone at the practice for their great diligence and the care I have received at a time in my life when it has been really essential for me. It seems to me that the popular media finds it more necessary to criticize the national health service rather than praise it these days, notwithstanding the immense pressures brought about by the corona 19 virus and its aftermath. I can honestly say that whiteladies medical group is a great example of excellence in the nhs, which itself so seldom gets the appreciation it truly and justifiably deserves. Thank you all at wmg and to the nhs in general.

  5. Review titled Gender affirming, supportive, understanding GP

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Rowan Lennard - Posted on 17 March 2023

I had a telephone appointment with a GP today to discuss a shared care agreement to access gender affirming hormone treatment under the supervision of a private endocrinologist. The GP I spoke to was extremely supportive, helpful, and was affirming of my gender throughout the appointment. He explained everything clearly and didn't make me feel like I had to justify myself. I was nervous going into this appointment due to negative experiences at other practices, where I felt I was brushed off and not listened to. But today I felt heard, and I feel much more confident to seek out care in future. Thank you.

  6. Review titled A Very Caring and Professional Practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 04 April 2023

I moved to Bristol 18 months ago and immediately registered with this practice, as I now live in very close proximity. During moving house I was only able to walk experiencing acute pain. I explained my symptoms to a practice doctor and he correctly diagnosed the cause and prescribed a successful treatment. The nursing staff have given me very caring and professional attention since my arrival. The support staff have also been very pleasant to deal with. I am therefore very happy with my choice of medical practice, and I am confident that I shall continue to receive a consistently good service, despite the changes and uncertainties all medical staff are experiencing caused by various governments.

  7. Review titled Super friendly Doctor.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 22 February 2023

Saw a Doctor today, after years of having developed a bit of a phobia of Doctors, largely due to not getting on with my previous practice. Todays Doctor was so human, understanding and friendly, it was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. i do feel already like I may normalise relations with my local practice. Really good indeed.

  9. Review titled bad practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 21 November 2022

Today I tried to call the surgery several times from 8am, in order to get either a face to face or a telephone appointment with a doctor. Not only I was in a long queue every time, but every time at a certain point the line did cut off. When eventually I managed to speak to somebody at 11.45 am, they told me that there were not appointments available that day, which I knew already, but that I had to call again from 8 am the day after....so start this all over again and not chance to talk to anybody after waiting ages! They advice me to talk to a pharmacist...I have a bad skin reaction and I rather see somebody as I may need antibiotics. This is the worst treatment I have received from a doctor surgery. It seems that after Covid 19, they can't cope anymore. Very very bad!
