I’ll admit that getting through on the phone is difficult and sometimes frustrating but once through, staff are courteous and professional. The phone system is manned by two members of staff and considering the volume of calls they cope very well indeed. Whenever I have encountered medical practitioners they are always willing to listen, are friendly and kind to my children (one of whom is autistic) and I feel that both my mental and physical health are important. A visit was made yesterday and my youngest had her flu nasal spray. The nurse was wonderful, charming and endearing and what could have been a stressful situation for my toddler went without event. I have nothing but praise for all staff inclusive of reception, telephonists and administrators. I stand by the NHS staff who feel they need to strike because they do not get what they need to do the jobs they love and excel at both in terms of wage increase, staffing levels and funding for the services and equipment they provide or would like to provide for the well being of their patients. I feel well cared for at this surgery.

Since being a patient of Whitehouse Surgery, I have been very happy with the upbeat, friendly and caring support and help from the telephone receptionists - A total opposite from a certain medical surgery at Wolverton. I am unable to leave my home because of health issues and am so grateful that this surgery arranges for me to have my vaccinations at home - and even a blood test. Without this fantastic service, I would not be able to have them. So, a big 'Thank You' to all those at Whitehouse Surgery. I hope they maintain their very high standard!

My family and I have been with Whitehouse Health Centre for a year now. All the Receptionists, Nurses & Doctors are extremely kind and helpful nothing is too much trouble and we have never had problems booking an appointment. All of the aforementioned is a vast contrast to our previous practice. Thank you again.

Impossible to book an appointment for Urgent Issues, nobody pick up the phone or If luckily someone answered, there are no appointments available for a month ahead, when calling at 8 am in the morning. One of the worst health services for the last 20 years !
