I messaged my GP surgery. Received a phone call the next day. She booked me an assessment with the physio and also sent a link to make a blood test appointment. Excellent service & my health needs met. Thank you, much appreciated.

I think the surgery and their staff are absolutely amazing. It's easy to get an appointment over the phone, bit of a wait for in person but nothing unusual about it unfortunately. Nurses and doctors are patient, kind and courteous. I met with Dr regarding peri menopause I'm going through and she has been very supportive and I am very grateful for her help.

My worries were addressed with compassion and kindness. An appointment was made much quicker than I was anticipating and the treatment was thorough and supportive. All staff from reception, the doctor and the nursing team have been amazing. Thank you

My appointment was with a really thorough GP who listened carefully and gave me good advice. The pharmacy staff had my prescription ready very quickly.

GP was kind, compassionate and really listened giving great advice and a thorough check up. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment. The GP was running on time so my wait to see him was short and I didn’t feel rushed during my appointment. I was able to collect my prescription from the dispensary due to the reason for my visit. The dispensary staff were were quick in getting my medication ready
