Thus experience was a short wait , but while waiting the reception is bright , clean and tidy . Staff are always nice and friendly . See different doctor every time I go but that can be a plus as it’s like getting a second opinion

Helpful receptionist who was able to offer me an appointment with a nurse rather than wait to see a GP. Great nurses - caring and reassuring.

Today was possibly the first time I felt listened to. I wasn’t put into a box that defines me by age or gender… although both significant and the reason I visited the surgery today. The GP was a breath of fresh air, spoke to me clearly and explained why I may be experiencing my symptoms and what I can expect in order to make myself feel great again! I appreciate that our GPs are under an enormous amount of pressure but today my GP didn’t make me feel I was a burden at all. We need to be treated as though we have a modicum of common sense and respect our capacity to work with you as professionals - once we understand the consequence of doing nothing more than accepting our fate we are likely to need to use your facilities less! Thank you!

Despite being late due to traffic I saw GP promptly. I haven’t seen a GP for a while & had a list of issues I wanted to discuss. During my appointment I was given ample time & felt my GP was thorough, next steps were discussed and an action plan made! Blood test required I was able to make an appointment for the following week. Absolutely no complaints. Plenty of parking, spotless surgery & friendly helpful staff.
