Just been told I will get contacted sometime within the next 2 weeks from the muscular team. What a waste. My first experience with them is I had to chase because they only work 1 day a week and was told they would contact me and they didn't. When they finally did, they diagnosed over the phone and gave a steroid injection. Turns out it was not the problem diagnosed so a year down the line still had the problem. When they finally send me to actually see someone, it was diagnosed correctly and was sent to physio who treated the misdiagnosed problem instead of the actually problem. They have sent a request to a different physio (back in June I think, it has been so long I have forgotten and am still waiting for an appt). I know have another muscular/muscle problem which is causing serious pain. Living of painkillers and have been for months and will have to wait 2 weeks for a call back from a team that works 1 day a week. Must admit I am extremely surprised to be told this piece of information as the original message said 3 days (working) for a reply from the surgery. Trouble is, I no longer trust or have any faith in the muscular team. No wonder A&E and 111 are so busy.

spent hour and a half on hold to get through, the receptionist couldnt wait to get me off the phone, no appointments , no help and no compassion, sadly last week got a call to say the ECG machine had broke and couldnt have an ecg no follow up text or call about rebooking it, no continum of care at all and no help such a lovely surgery from the outide, but sadly once you go in it doesnt match its glittery facade is this the future if so we are doomed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
