Most helpful practice I have visited, no ask is ever too much. The staff are lovely and always get an appointment when needed.

I recently attended a diabetic review. The nurse that I saw carried out the most thorough review I have ever experienced at the practice. I did not feel rushed. She explained things that had not been explained to me previously. She was excellent.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve struggled with the car park. I have a toddler and especially when she was a baby, I struggled so much getting her in and out the car. Or even finding a space. You really really need parent and child spaces. It’s so inaccessible.

Thank you for the review. We are aware of the difficulty patients have when trying to park. However the practice do not own any of the patient carparking spaces within the hospital grounds. I can pass your comments on The Countess Estates team and I hope they can respond to the feedback. Thanks Steve Bridge
