Both The receptionist and nurse were polite, friendly and efficient. My appointment ran true to time and the waiting room is a bright and comfortable environment.

Went in to have blood taken. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Made it a good experience, explained what she was doing at each stage and was very polite in asking me what she wanted me to do. Good experience

The staff in the surgery are incredibly understanding and supportive. Every time I needed help with sometimes complicated situations, I was helped. I found it’s easiest to call or go to the surgery to explain what is happening as understandably the staff are always really busy.
