Having explained my problem the staff member showed empathy and clarified how he was dealing with my issue and what I may need to do the next day (it was very late in the afternoon when I called). Next day another helpful staff member followed up with highlighting my request to the duty doctor and before long all was well. On top of this, instead of having to wait on the phone until it was my turn to speak to a receptionist I was able to request a call back without losing my place in the queue. I went from feeling rather anxious about the whole situation to being calm and thankful, So, excellent staff and telephone system leads to top marks.

This GP surgery can be very helpful, never seem to have a problem and the call back service if there’s a queue of people on the line is great!

A lady took my call and for the first time in along time I felt like someone cared about my health concerns! I was advised as to what to and was called back as promised with information that was of high importance to me. This lady was someone I would thank in person if I ever met her, clearly takes pride in her job and is very good at it.

I have had a troubling time with multiple health issues including long Covid. The receptionists are just amazing, so caring and always show empathy, it must be stressful for them with the current crisis we are all experiencing. The GP's are very caring, they are mostly all new to me since my lovely GP left a while ago, but have been very helpful.

I had a 10:45 am appointment practice did not call to cancel. The receptionist, managed to squeeze me in there and then absolutely fantastic people. Thank you very much

The receptionist who took my call was kind and reassuring and booked me an appointment on the same day. The doctor was also kind and presented the information I needed to me very clearly. Thank you for all your hard work.

Weston House have been really great to me for many years. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they will get you short notice appointments if it is urgent. I recently called having had a very tough week due to stress and anxiety called by work. It was difficult to make the call but they were just lovely throughout. The receptionist was amazing and so kind and the doctor called me within an hour. The nurses are all lovely too.

The person I spoke to today on the appointments line was so helpful and definitely went the extra mile to help me. Thank you. I would also like to say how lovely the GPs are at this practice. I’ve always felt I have had the right treatment or advice over the past 20 years. Thank you.

The reception team are so helpful, understanding and kind. They go the extra mile and really do make you feel listened to and cared about. Every doctor I have seen has been brilliant. Good at listening, compassionate and work hard to get you well. I cannot recommend this wonderful team highly enough. This survey is the NHS at its absolute best.

I phoned the surgery this morning and spoken to the most amazing receptionist. Nothing was too much. I managed to get done everything I needed and more which has been a huge help. I can’t thank her enough. She went through absolutely everything and was fantastic at explaining certain steps. Also I would like to add that I am very pleased to hear my GP returned as she too is also amazing.
