I have only been at this practice within the last year but each appointment has been nothing but a great experience! The team of nurses and doctors that I have seen have always been so friendly, always seem so happy and nothing is ever too much for them. I’ve experienced both telephone and in-person appointments and every time they have been so informative and helpful. The communication is fantastic, receiving messages for reminders and also being efficient with call backs. I filled out the online form first thing this morning and the GP called me very quickly and answered all of my questions and helped me find a solution. I know people are so quick to give negative feedback to doctors and nurses so I wanted to be quick to give positive feedback as I’m a true believer in give credit where credit is due! So thank you to all the team at Westfield Road Surgery, keep doing the fabulous job you are doing!!

I suffer from mental health issues and I had an appt with the nurse for blood test and health check and she treated me respect never judged and explained every step very well so thank you Westfield road keep up your good work

Results of a scan and treatment needed. Completely explanatory and not rushed. Pleasant discussion. Felt reassured and cared for.

Never met such a bunch of caring doctors. They never make me feel like I shouldn't be there and always have time to listen to my worries

Westfield Road Surgery I applaud you, you have been professional, caring and empathetic, going above and beyond in providing care for my Mum. Receptionist often have a bad reputation, I cannot say this about this practice. Dr V Cantaboo, Eileen, Mandy are amazing. I can’t remember other names, but my thanks to you all for providing exceptional care
