After seeing a doctor who requested I see the diabetes Nurse regarding my diabetes meds I was ushered in to the nurses room straight away . I'm so grateful that my surgery are keeping a close watch over me 😊

I had a leg wound that required a weekly appt with nurses to change dressing and assess progress etc. They couldn’t have been more professional or helpful. Superb care

Can’t get through on the phone, if you get through all appointments have gone, I had to call 111& then I got an appointment. Every single time I need to call the Drs it’s an extremely stressful experience. I had to make 3 calls, approx 45m, just to get the appointment. I am struggling to understand how you can take on new patients when your current patients can’t see a Dr. On 07.03.24 there was only 1 GP working that day, how can this be ok?and my appointment was 30m late You changed the appointment system without any consultation or information given to us to say you had changed the system. Since you changed the system to release of appointments at 8am it has become even more difficult to get appointments, I genuinely didn’t think it couldn’t get any worse, but it has. I would appreciate talking to someone about this, as I have said, it’s quite baffling trying to understand the rationale for new patients when you can’t provide a good enough service for existing patients.
