First time meeting this nurse, found her very friendly and professional, First time had blood test that has left no bruising. Very happy with my treatment and the friendly staff.

After having a high reading when blood pressure was taken at the weekend in a Pharmacy (not in Farsley) the practice rang me on the Monday and asked me to call in so they could retake it the result was normal and she provided me with the reassurance I needed before going on holiday. The HC was lovely and I didn’t feel rushed the NHS need more staff like her. Thank you.

I had two student nurses take my blood and they were very warm, friendly and efficient. Also my wait time was very low

Being diagnosed with COPD I was put under the care of a specialist COPD nurse. Her enthusiasm and experience were second to none, she exudes empathy and understanding and she is also an active listener. Right from the get go she fully understood the feelings attributed to both the physical and emotional impact of the life changing disease. With this in mind her diagnosis and care plan was all about me. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give a positive review of my recent appointment, because so many reviews focus on what doesn't happen, rather than the excellent things that do.
