I have recently called the surgery for 2 separate appointments & received appointments the next day & the same day . My appointments went really well & my symptoms addressed, investigated & treated . The doctors I saw & the reception staff were welcoming, friendly & very efficient. Thank you .

My son visited a GP at your practice today. The doctor referred him to Moorfields Clinic using a hastily written note that only said "Moorfields Clinic." After completing the usual checks, we arrived at the reception of the urgent emergency clinic. Upon arrival, the receptionist asked if we had more paperwork. Since the doctor had already examined my son, additional paperwork would have saved the hospital time and my son over two hours of waiting to be assessed by a nurse and then seen in the clinic. I asked if the doctor should have known about this procedure, and the receptionist confirmed that they definitely should have.

Before I could explain my situation I got cut off twice from speaking by a particularly rude doctor. I tried talking about my problem but the doctor didn’t want to hear it. They essentially just moved me on the next patient without caring enough to actually check on my problem
