2nd time this week treatment required for myself and my daughter on both occasions they were thorough and were able to sought help for us resulting in alleviating issues same day my car broke down and unfortunately I couldn't get my daughter to the surgery ad we werent in close proximity n inhaler was issued so I very much appreciate i wasnt left to try seek further medical help which would be more difficult... Honestly best doctors surgery ever seem to care about personal restrictions and as a patient not just fob you off

For appointments, we have to call after 8:00 and then wait for long only to hear no appointments. If you request to be booked for the next day or two answers is "We only book for the same day". That means we need to take off from work and then hope we will get an appointment else waste time and a day off

Having used Wellington house for over a year since developing a chronic illness I have found multiple issues with the service. They do not contact patients to inform them of test results, even if follow up appointments are contingent. You have to guess when the results might be in and call daily til they are, regardless of your own work or personal commitments. The appointment booking service may be parr for the course these days but a 1 hour slot to book on the day in the morning is not very user friendly with a chronic illness. This has meant I have not received any treatment, or experienced severe delays. It's very hard to see the same doctor twice, meaning that no one has all the details of your case. They are unable to follow standard procedure for repeat prescriptions, meaning my partner has gone without vital medications for weeks at a time. They do not listen well, I have had to make multiple appointments over the same issues to secure treatment or diagnosis. I feel some of the staff are unprofessional, I have been asked bluntly what a doctor expected me to do about a condition, I left without being offered treatment. They are not forthcoming with information, I have been sent for multiple test unrelated to my core condition without being told why. I have not received any follow up appointments or information from any of these.

Have received helpful and efficient service from the practice.The nursing staff and reception are friendly and I have always been able to access the services I required .It is easy to contact the surgery by phone and access medical advice from a GP .Thank you to all the staff .
