Called up the surgery and was answered politely and professionally. My request to resked my blood test was granted and actioned favourably.A very efficient, professional and pleasant receptionist. 😊

I had an excellent experiences with this practice. Especially when they handling and dealing with my requirements and requests. A really kind lady nurse who checked my blood pressure. She has the patience to explain all. I would recommend her any time to anyone. She did a good job

I had a really good experience today at the appointments for my two sons who have special needs. Upon arrival at the surgery, reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Appointment was nearly on time. Nurse was friendly, professional and asked relevant questions. She was calm and I felt comfortable speaking with her. We left the appointment feeling valued and confident that my suggestions for the referral for one of my sons will be followed through. Thank you for caring.

I have an ongoing Venous leg ulcer due to lymphoedema. The two Receptionist working yesterday were very kind an helpful. Just wanted to say thank you. I would also like to thank the Dr and her assistant for their help with my son, and the support they showed me as I was heart broken. Thank you all.

This has been my surgery practice ever since I was born and despite all of the funding cuts and difficulties experienced during the pandemic, I just wanted to say that the team- particularly the practice manager- are doing an incredible job while under so much stress and lack of financial aid. They are a shining example of making the most with what you have. Service is always hospitable and kind, and the priority of the surgery is ensuring that people that really need treatment are getting it. The surgery is clean, well-kept, and organized. Whilst everybody makes mistakes, at this surgery, they take 100% responsibility to rectify any errors and honestly do their best for the patient- speaking from personal experience. This is the most I could ask for from any surgery. In addition to this the nurses are also professional and highly skilled. I have had the option to change surgeries in the past, but the service and value I get from this practice keeps me here every time.

The staff, especially the Manager are extremely helpful which relieves lots of anxiety and I always get the help I needed. The HCA is also extremely helpful, makes time for me and answers all my questions.
