    I called for my one year old son this afternoon, got seen by duty doctor who was so kind and helpful providing us with the appropriate advice. Receptionist that was at the desk and also took the call is always so helpful and goes beyond to help. Absolutely great today. Thank you very much

    Today I called to book 2 appointments for my son and myself, the receptionist was very approachable and friendly. Both of us have been booked following each other, She also gave me a very welcome feeling. I am glad that Watling medical centre is my local clinic 👍

    I had appointment on 23/08/24 @ 10/40 I saw my Dr he was kind and understand my problem he is fantastic ,how im lucky to saw him He is patient and kind 🙏🙏God save him🙏🙏

    I feel extremely fortunate to have Watling Medical Centre as my local practice. Their appointments system is very efficient and every effort is made to accomodate patients' needs. The receptionists are always welcoming and helpful (and very patient with some rather demanding patients!) and you could not ask for a more understanding, supportive or professional team of doctors. My appointment this morning was quite normal: the doctor listened to me as I described my symptoms. He then examined me, checked my latest test results and then we discussed the best options to remedy my condition. My prescrition was sent to the nearby Jade Pharmacy for me to collect immediately, and I was asked to contact the doctor in one week to assess my progress. I'm not sure how many other practices can have such high standards as Watling Medical Centre, but I suspect they will be in the minority. This is the NHS at its best.

    I tried calling midweek for four days between 8:30-9:30am. Once, I got through at 9:25, but the call was abruptly ended after a quick "hello" twice. I had no choice but to use speakerphone, waiting on hold for an entire hour each day for the last three days with no success. Eventually, I gave up calling altogether.

    I was so impressed with the service I’ve received, and receiving an appointment so soon after writing the econsult. My GP was so efficient, and dealt with my issue so quickly. The hard working doctors deserve the recognition for all they do

    Waited 23 minutes to get through, which is expected with the current virus caseload. Requested a telephone appointment, was advised best I see a GP, appointment was 2 hours later. Sent straight for an Xray, results & medication all sorted within 6 hours of telephone call, ThANK you!! I notice that people only really leave bad reviews, lets change that !!

    I was trying to ask questions to find out more about the services the GP surgery provides and it was like the receptionist couldn’t wait to end the call. She was continuously interrupting me, giving blunt answers and speaking down to me. It was not an informative call and I don’t feel comfortable signing up to a surgery where this is the kind of service that can be expected.
