Today, I visited Watford Health Centre and received excellent service. The physiotherapist was highly professional, displaying outstanding knowledge, as well as being empathetic and friendly. I felt genuinely cared for and supported during my visit.

I saw an Advanced Physiotherapist at Watford Health Centre yesterday and she was amazing. Really thorough, patient and kind. She totally knew her stuff! Have had what felt like nerve pain for over 3 months and she diagnosed exactly what it was and how to treat it. So grateful and can’t recommend her and the MSK Service at Watford Health Centre enough.

After covid my first face to face appointment. The doctor sad informative, thorough with my checkup and answered my questions nicely. I didn’t feel intimidated with her approach and made me feel at ease to tell my problems with my back pains.

Today i had an appointment with physiotherapist.She was very friendly and helpful.We discussed my issues and she explained to me what is going on with my shoulder and what I have to do next.I will follow her advice and to contact her for the next review.Thank you so much for you consulting.

The consultant I saw was so friendly, cheery and personable it really made my day! Advise was very clear and I came away from the appointment knowing next steps for treatsment without any ambiguity

Can’t get an appointment on the phone,in person walking or online what they tell you. Rubbish website keeps telling go to patient access or nhs website and they will tell connect with Watford health center and it doesn’t connect There is no clear appointment section that can book
