   My experience with this surgery over the last few weeks has been nothing but responsive, understanding and supportive. My Mother has had a period of ill health. The reception team have managed all my telephone and face to face conversations with understanding and professionalism ensuring my requests were dealt with in a timely manner. The clinical team have listened carefully to my concerns and have done everything to ensure the best outcome for my requests. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice, with its exemplary care and professionalism.
