Review titled Amazing service from dr s
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Paula old - Posted on 11 July 2024
My dad is currently very poorly and often needs a lot of reassurance from a professional. Dr s is always there when needed and very quick to Call and pop over for a home visit. Dad really enjoys a little company and chat with him and he often asks when he can see him again. Just want to say a huge thank you for the care he has given so far

Review titled Poor
Rated 2 stars out of 5

I went on Monday for appointment to have an ecg monitor fitted as they mucked up the previous one it took two months to get another appointment I explained I would have to use public transport as I don’t drive and I live in rock appointment made for Monday at 9. 30 I was up at 7.30 to make sure I got the bus. Bus was a few minutes late getting into wadebridge so by the time I walked to surgery I was 10 minutes late the reception said she would see if the nurse could see me! She came back said the nurse had a full clinic and couldn’t see me I would have to wait for another appointment! There were 2 patients in waiting room whether they were for dr or nurse I don’t know the monitor takes 5 minutes to attach to me !!! So then I had to wait 2 hours for bus to bring me home I will probably be waiting another 2 months for appointment now, I don’t call that duty of care ?

Review titled Computer says "No"
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 05 March 2024
They are using the computer as a weapon to deter you from getting to see anyone. You must have a computer to make an appointment, otherwise you are made to feel inadequate. On their web page they have a complaints link (to make a complaint) but it does not work, so it's not easy to complain. Then there is the time it takes to get a response to anything and get an appointment. Not fit for purpose.

Review titled Impossible to get an appointment
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 29 March 2023
I only joined the practice a few months ago and every time I try and book an appointment I am very frustrated. Today it took me an 30 minutes on hold (I tried twice yesterday but was told it I could not be connected due to a large volume of calls), only to be told there is no availability to book in advance. The alternative is to phone at 8.30 am and then be expected to take a call from the doctor within a 3 hour time gap that day. This is not always possible when you have work commitments. As a person with ADHD this makes an already stressful task even more stressful and results in me putting off seeing the doctor at all.
