    Today I tried to make an appointment via Anima app but after providing all the requested information and photos I was sent to Petersfield hospital, even though I stated that I probably had an infection. After 2.5 hours waiting I was told that I had an infection and was finally given anti-biotics! I'm self employed so lost 3 hours pay, this could have easily been done over the phone. It wasted my time and the doctors at the hospital.

    I had 2 appointments on the same day, 2 hours apart, both were over half an hour late and on the 2nd appointment, the doctor I saw, I felt I wasn't being listened too almost like the appointment was rushed due to them running late, not letting me finish speaking before interrupting.

    Rarely get an appointment for routine visits in an acceptable timescale, always running late even if you book the first appointment of the day generally a 30 minute wait past the alloted time, no continuity of care.

    I have had blood tests twice in recent weeks and both were taken by the same phlebotomist. On the second occasion she immediately apologised for being slightly late and I could already see that she had been very busy that morning. In both cases she had a very relaxing manner and took the blood samples without any difficulty or subsequent bruising.

    I don’t use the Dr very often and found setting up the anima app a bit of a faff (at my age 69 tech is not high on my things to learn) however once it was set up the service (telephone consultation) was very efficient

    Had to wait about half an hour but managed to keep myself occupied by watching some healthy TV. Saw a nice nurse who seemed pretty thorough and was out of there in time for tea. Quire a painless experience overall. Had better but certainly had worse!

    Issue of gravel voice for over six weeks. Needs to be discussed with gp as possible symptom of more serious condition, this service referred me to pharmacy for sore throat!!

    My annual health check and mental health review was strangely, an absolute pleasure to attend. From the reception staff, nurse and mental health practitioner are kind, professional and thorough. I didn’t rushed, I felt listened to and supported. I left feeling like I’d had a thorough MOT and with good advice a renewed focus to take care of my physical health and mental wellbeing.
