    Had an appointment for 8:10 and I arrived around 8am in good time for my appointment. The nurse waltzed in around 8.25am with her Starbucks or Costa coffee and snack and 5-10 minutes later I was called in. No apology! As a patient, I make sure I arrive early for my appointments. If I was late, I probably wouldn't be seen. We deserve the same courtesy. If you cant start work at 8.10, don't make appointments for that time.

    I went to Watrlooville Health Centre for a shingles vaccination. Waiting time was quite short, just a few minutes (but it was a Saturday). Injection itself was expertly done - almost painless.

    Had an appt that the surgery changed the day from the Monday to the Wednesday it was set for 16.55 Didn't get seen until 17.25 I understand there may be delays but this is excessive.

    Great getting appointment at my nearest practice, which sorry to say doesn't happen offen. Shame I had to wait 40mins past my appointment time to see doctor. Treatment good,( but never easy to get appointment, but taking new patients! ) it usually is though. The Dr's at forestend have literally saved my life on a couple of occasions and will always be grateful. 99% of other staff are good and pleasant 😊. Think surgery needs a face lift of a paintbrush

    Have had to visit the Stakes Lodge Surgery twice in the last week to have blood tests. After a very short wait I saw the same nurse on both occasions who was very friendly and competent. The whole experience was very impressive.

    Welcoming, friendly and attentive staff as you would hope for from your surgery. A added bonus was that I was seen earlier than my appointment. Thank you.

    Received an email to book a Smear test. Went online to book. Was given 1 location, 1 date and 1 time to choose from. Whilst attempting to book, I was advised o spaces available. Tried again a couple of days later. Again, given 1 location, 1 date and 1 timetable choose from. I lost wages as I had to travel to the furthest gp surgery in the middle of the day. There were no other patients seen during my visit.
