    I was prescribed antibiotics from a Scottish Hospital as I used to live there and this was an outpatient appointment booked prior me moving to London. I took the prescription to this GP, they refused to give me the antibiotics and asked me to book an appointment with them while they have no available slots for the next month or so. Noone was trying resolve my health issue, instead they followed standard procedures regardless the matter. Turns out bureaucracy is more important than people’s health.

    The Doctor is always ready to help out and make my visit less stressful. Honestly Ferry View Health Center has been empathetic and professional. All the department are awesome. Very clean and always tidy too.

    I have been waiting for GP appointment for over one month now with slot given at the most inconvenient hours. I’ve explained that I am in the risk category for cancer and need a screening booked with no consideration what so ever. Why I am not able to to appointments at convenient hours nowt weeks away ?? I am a single mum and am given appointment at the time when I have to drop off a child at school or pick him up.

    Dear Elena, Thank you for your review and feedback and I am very sorry to hear this has been your experience with Ferryview Health Centre. We do offer walk-in face-to-face appointments and telephone consultations on a daily basis. We also have pre-bookable appointments every day, you can book by telephoning or by coming into the surgery in person and talking to the receptionist. We provide online service to book an appointment with a doctor, nurse or other health care professionals. We offer E-Consults, which will enable you to contact Ferryview Health Centre anytime, and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. We also have weekday evening appointments between 6.30pm and 8.pm every day, you can call or use our online services to book evening and weekend appointments.

    Great doctors but appointments are scarce. The practice needs to improve giving people early and quick appointment to those in urgent needs. The critical doctors should be encouraged to split their leave and be available when needed.
