   I do not use this service excessively but rang this morning as I have had a diagnosis from the hospital and wanted advice. No you can’t get past the receptionist, no appointments left would have to ring back tomorrow at 8.00 a.m. or refer myself to 111. I am anxious about my diagnosis and did think that my GP was someone I could turn to.
