Review titled Anima system is ridiculous
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 18 April 2024
The new anima system to book appointments is ridiculous. I have tried multiple times to book an appointment just to be told that no more requests are being accepted and to try again the next day. It seems impossible to find a time that the system is actually accepting requests, and means that you are left waiting for an appointment date, when it would be much easier to just call and have a receptionist book a date then and there. This also seems to have been implemented without proper thought for the needs of those registered at the surgery as the requests are only open during hours that the majority of people are working, or are full long before the opening hours are over.

Review titled Appointment cancelled twice, dismissive receptionist
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 21 April 2023
There have been some lovely receptionists in the past, but my most recent experience was very unpleasant. The receptionist was very condescending and dismissive to my situation. I have had to rebook my appointment twice after 2 cancellations and will be waiting 2 months to attend actual appointment while being in pain on a daily basis, provided it doesn’t get cancelled again. The first time it was cancelled 3 weeks after I’d booked, when the appointment was 1 week away. I rebooked and waited 2 more weeks for the appointment, only to have it cancelled 1 hour prior to the appointment.
