    I have no doubt, as professionals, the doctors at the surgery are exceptional and extremely caring. However, sitting behind their door's they are not witnessing, as patients so often do, the front office staff so lacking in social skills. You can stand for minutes as they, sitting behind their glass fronted room gabble to each other, not particularly bothered about the person standing before them. I've yet to hear any of them say, "Good afternoon, how may I help you?" I suggest, as a matter of urgency, each receptionist is given a simple A4 piece of paper of key phrases explaining how to interact with the customer properly. this would go a long way to diffuse any situation. And, as soon as anyone approaches the front window, a smiling face with a welcome greeting. Sorry Lichfield surgery, It's simply not rocket science....

    I did an econsult on lichfield st surgery site, as assumed this might be quicker, and easier for both them, and myself, but how wrong I was. After waiting over 4 days for a response, I received a message asking me to contact the surgery to book an appointment. Though the call,was answered quite quickly, I was then told we have no appointments till end of December, or I could call,at 8 in the morning, for an appointment tomorrow if one was available. So what was the point of the eConsult if they shove you to back of queue anyway. This is why 111 and a and e are so busy, because of the poor response by local GPS. Still in pain and very disappointed.

    Very unprofessional and organised Been trying get hold of the drs for 3 days now try get an appointment I'm pregnant baring in mind also so can imagine the stress it's putting on me I just think they need get organised and more professional and update everything also Just ridiculous I don't know what much else I can say tbh apart from I won't be recommending this Drs to anyone at all ....they also open at half 7 am and say the lines are open at 8am to ring for appointments and you always ring at 8am n lines are shut so that needs sorting for a start just honestly the surgery is useless honestly
