I had an ear problem which was treated promptly and efficiently. All the staff were very helpful and understanding. A very positive experience.

I have had a few different practices in my time , but Tuxford is the best one. The care from all the staff is amazing. My life was saved by the quick thinking decision of the GP. Who diagnosed sepsis, 5* practice

As a health professional myself we very rarely get a thank you or Job well done these days. Today I visited the practice and to say the least was quite nervous due to the personal procedure I had to have. The nurse was absolutely amazing, kind, empathetic, Knowledgeable, funny and supportive. A dreaded experience was made so much better. I just want to say thankyou for her kind words, professionalism and knowledge. Thank you also to the doctor who was involved, again an excellent patient care . I cannot express enough how comfortable I was made to feel and I just wanted to show my appreciation. Thank you Helen

Excecelent Doctor, No complaints what so ever, recptionist very good, nurses very good perscription dept exccelent. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful medical centre.

We have been very impressed with how the practise is run and the service provided by all staff. Very professional, we feel we are listened to, we are given very clear advice and there is a lot of care provided. This is always our experience as a family and not something we experienced in our last appointment when the doctor was reviewing my daughter's asthma. Really impressed and very grateful for all the care provided. There are not enough words to describe the great service and the gratitude we as family have towards the clinic. Thank you.

The surgery had enough parking and was very clean and welcoming. Reception staff went above and beyond what could have been expected.
