Review titled Wonderful Service and Staff
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Susan Lumley - Posted on 01 May 2024
I had an appointment with my GP at Claverdon last week for painful hip, underwent X rays at Stratford on Tuesday just gone and today have booked steroid injections for May 14th. Wonderful seamless service with lovely people. We are blessed to have you. I can't thank you enough. It's not the first time I have had our GPs, hospital staff, receptionists and nurses people go beyond the boundaries of expectations, you are all heroes.

Review titled Compassionate practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I turned up early morning as the surgery opened on 19 April having been in extreme discomfort/pain with a urinary infection, which had developed overnight. Despite not having pre booked an appointment I was treated with incredible compassion. On arrival a caring receptionist took my details and offered me water before arranging for me to be seen within 30 minute by a doctor . Doctor was sympathetic and efficient. Having taken my temperature and a thorough history he faxed a prescription, to treat my problem, straight through to my local pharmacy ready for immediate collection. I cannot praise this surgery or it’s staff highly enough.

Review titled Highly Impressed
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by John Stephens - Posted on 14 December 2023
Got emergency appnt today only 1 1/2 hrs after calling, seen by not one but two doctors, thorough analysis, verdict two matters one being infection running down arm. Diagnosed and walked away with anti-biotics all in one hour. Could private care be any better? Don't see how. Thank you. Appreciated.

Review titled Great practice

I only changed to Trinity Court early 2023 and they are a credit to their profession and I can not praise them enough - with all the bad publicity G.P.s are getting at the moment, this practice must be one in a million. The Doctors and staff are efficient and friendly. Wish I had changed years ago

Review titled Top Notch
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Paul Codling - Posted on 30 August 2023
An excellent service, time and time again. The Admin & Secretarial Team have shown a level of concern and involvement in my case, way beyond what a person would otherwise expect or hope to get. I cannot thank them enough. I am profoundly grateful for the help and prompt response I have been given, in spite of my wholly unreasonable time constraints. Splendid work, a service I am told can take 28 days has taken seven. Outstanding, 10/10

Review titled Excellent service

I had, what I considered to be an urgent matter. I telephoned the surgery at 11am & by 4pm I had seen a Dr. I didn’t have to wait to see the Dr & the receptionist on the phone was coherent & totally efficient. The Drs diagnosis was polite, effective & timely. Our NHS is wonderful, that’s wonderful. My experience was the best it can be. Thank you.

Review titled They make it almost impossible to see a doctor
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 30 January 2024
I first saw Dr in May 2023 about a hernia. After constant chasing finally got scan on 20th December 2023 and was told Dr will phone me with results of scan within 10 days. I have heard nothing and twice since beginning of 2024 chased surgery for feed back and told " Dr will phone you" Meanwhile hernia gets worse. Whilst the receptionists are very friendly and try to do their best the practice has deteriorated in last 12 months. It is now becoming very difficult to make an appointment to see a Dr.
