I’ve had an infection for a few days. I’ve tried otc treatments but they haven’t worked. The gp who phoned me was totally disinterested. She said to just go to the pharmacy. Didn’t listen at all. Okay so I will leave my infection (let it get totally out of control) and then go to a&e Nice one!

My lovely mum has had traumatic experiences with blood test & the insertion of canulas to the point were it creates within her anxiety & stress. The nurses at Tollgate Medical Centre have such a gentle, calming manner & more Importantly an air of competence in putting my mum at ease to the point we were smiling when we left. This has never happened. Also upon joining we had a relaxed conversation with a nurse & she seemed to bring out all the worries & fears l had regarding my lovely mum's health concerns/issues. Thank you all.

I’ve been a patient for many years at this practice. The majority of GPs I’ve seen have been supportive and understanding. I’ve experienced one such GP recently who has recently really listened to me and has been very kind. I really appreciate the support at a difficult time, thank you.
