    Very attentive, helpful and the nurse was exceptionally good in answering all my questions. I can't fault the service I received.

    Receptionist was very good and polite. Gave me an appointment in quick time. Thankyou. Doctor was very professional, listened to what I had to say and acted upon findings, excellent.

    The Doctor's quick action in diagnosis my illness and getting the emergency x-ray and blood test done. The Receptionist was also very helpful and friendly in responding to any questions. This is the kind of service you need from NHS Staff when you are not well.

    Very efficient however as the centre doesn’t open until 8am you can’t have appointments at 8am as you are reliant on someone opening the gates early in order to be in time for the appointment

    Didn’t ring on day they said they would so hand to rebook again the next day. however was able to receive medication needed same day as phone call

    Lack of intrest shown by the doctor. Doctor told me i would recive a call to collect the letter he was supposed to write me but this hasent happend

    Came out of Braintree hospital after carpel tunnel surgery 15th December. Told to go straight to my GP and was told to go 29th December 3.15 to have stitches out ..Went on that day they said they didn’t know anything about this appointment even thogh it was eritten down in their handwriting .Luckily Tilbury had a nurse who was able to take them out .Not the first time after my prostate was removed Southend hospital wrote to the GP for tablets .When I went to the surgery they said they had no record of me having my prostate out and asked if I was at the right GP surgery .I have been a patient there all my life 75 years ? Thought this was terrible
