I contacted the surgery today 31/10/2022 regarding my mother.I was impressed from start to finish the receptionist I spoke to was very helpful and compassionate she could not have been more helpful.She relayed my queries to the Doctor who contacted me shortly after.The Doctor was very compassionate and listened to me.He explained everything brilliantly I was then able to pass on the advice given by the Doctor to my mum who is extremely grateful. I cannot praise the staff highly enough brilliant service they do an excellent job sadly very often they do not receive the recognition they deserve. Thank you so much for your help today.

Long wait to access reception via phone. Delays in completing prescription request resulting in delays of much needed medicine. Currently looking at alternative surgery to move my care to
