    I applied to register as new patient in Feb 2023 and still no one has contacted me. The confirmation email said that it could be up to 2 weeks.

    I sent an econsult at 8.34 on Friday morning for on the day assistance. Had a call to by mobile at 9.11. Spoke-to an ANP who was so lovely, understanding and reassuring. Gave me advice and then prescribe medication to take. Prescription being sent to my pharmacy for me to go and get. After the call she then sent me via text a guidance and help information sheet for my condition. Willow group this is outstanding service during such challenging times for the NHS and GP practices . Thank you so much

    I sent a klinik in this morning and had a call back within hours. I was offered to come into surgery for an appt but I declined as going out in the cold would make my symptoms worse. Doctor sent medication to my local chemist and also advised me on any steps I needed to take if my symptoms worsened. Very sympathetic and respectful. Thank you so much as I know how busy you are.

    My daughter was unable to get any help. Continuous sickness for three days. Phoned 111, told to go to local walk in clinic. Went to walk in clinic, was told to make an appointment with the doctor. Phoned the doctor to be told to fill in an online form. Tried to fill in the online form but the service was temporally closed. Truly shocking! A prime example of a broken service where a Practice has got far too big and has lost its way, leading to poor service delivery.

    Went for my problem, found staff who care and work with method. Of course, not everyone is excellent, but overall my experience - for what I needed - was great. I gained also some useful information. Thanks.
